Plagiarism Detection

All articles submitted to Revista Andes are evaluated using Compilatio software, which detects both plagiarism and the use of artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of the manuscript.

A maximum limit of 20% total similarity and AI-generated content is established. This measure is cumulative, considering all content within the article.

Manuscripts exceeding the 20% threshold will be automatically rejected, without the possibility of reconsideration, in order to ensure the originality and academic integrity of the works published in the journal.

In the ordinary session 04/2025, the Editorial Committee of Revista Andes determined that: "Any use of artificial intelligence in the preparation of the article must be explicitly declared in the methodology section of the manuscript".
