Authors who publish in Revista Andes retain the copyright of their works and grant the journal the right of first publication. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0 International) license, which allows third parties to share (copy and redistribute in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal.

Subsequent Use by Authors

Authors have the right to:

• Disseminate the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networks, or any other medium of their choice, without restrictions or prior authorization from the journal.

• Use their work in teaching activities, academic presentations, personal compilations, or other future publications, provided that the original publication in Revista Andes is properly cited.
